Simply Success Method

The Simply Success Method is a deep and profound way of making deep change to emotional wounds, no matter when they happened.

It's is loosely based on the Sedona Method, which we have used for over 10 years in training and coaching, yet it adds pieces not present on other methods. You can apply the method to goals, resistance to change and much more.

The Foundation

Set the intention and the affirmation as noted in the PDF.

The Method

  1. Feel

    Think of a situation or emotion you want to clear. Feel it as deeply as you can. Go deeper still, you are safe and protected.

  2. Could

    Ask yourself "Could I totally release this emotion/feeling?" Answer Yes or No whatever is true for you now. Answer out loud. Yes or No.

  3. Would

    Ask yourself "Would I totally release this emotion/feeling?" Answer Yes or No whatever is true for you now. Answer out loud. Yes or No.

  4. When

    Next, ask out loud "When would I totally release this emotion?" Answer only: Now, Later or Never. Whatever is true for you now.

  5. Repeat

    Notice if you feel lighter, then continue. If other emotions come up, clear them. Repeat as necessary.

Consistent clearing of emotional reactions helps reset the subconscious mind, which is were we create our reality from.

Dealing with Resistance

You can deal with resistance to clearing an emotion, by saying "Could/Would/When totally release resistance for <emotion you're clearing>" and repeat until the resistance is gone.


Dealing With Unknown/Mixed Emotions

Sometimes you can't give a name for the emotion, (this especially true for very early childhood trauma).

You can deal with unknown, by saying "Could/Would/When totally this emotion I'm feeling right now" and repeat until it's gone.

On the other hand, so many emotions coming up at same time, pick the "loudest" one, then release as above.


Advanced Work

Your DNA carries trauma from your ancestors.

This a form what the Toltecs call this recapitulation. Do these daily on waking up:

  • Numbness
  • Grief
  • Fear
  • Anger
  • Lust
  • Courage
  • Peace

You will find that previous experiences come up. Listen to your body wisdom, it will tell you when to stop.

Allow max 2 hours, you will fall asleep sometimes as well. That's the body letting go of trauma.

Lust it not just sexual lust, lust for wealth, iPhones, etc.
